Description
• Height Adjustable Footplate. A gas strut supported footplate adjustment lets you quickly and easily alter the footplate height to perfectly align your knee with the levers axis of rotation.
•Adjustable ankle roller pad. The position of the high density foam ankle roller can easily be adjusted to suit users of all heights.
• Torso Support and Bracing Handles. The combination of a comfortable torso support pad and angled handles let you brace your body, stabilising your torso and hips so you can “lock in”and only flex the knee.
•Smooth Resistance Curve. The load is lightest at the start of the movement, reducing the tendency to “cheat” the start of the rep. Resistance then increases steadily to the mid-range before dropping off to allow a good “squeeze” at the peak contraction. The result is focused tension on the hamstring throughout every rep.
• The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Standing Hamstring provides targeted loading to the muscles of the rear of the leg. Multiple adjustments tailor the movement to your individual biomechanics and the ergonomically designed pads and handles align your body to ensure correct exercise performance.
