SHIPPING POLICY

Full details and timescales will be confirmed whilst placing the order, expect orders to ship within 3-5 business days.

All deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 7am and 6pm unless stated otherwise.

We advise having two bodies available to accept delivery as pallet deliveries are kerbside only.

Please note, Primal Strength advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders. 

All parcels will require a signature.

Installations are generally a two-man service and are booked with you in advance.

Costs and timescales will be dependent on your order, location, floor level and access.

Expect an installation date to be booked in within 7-14 days of order confirmation provided items on your order are available.

For commercial gyms/studios please contact the sales team to discuss delivery and installation options.

Delivery times can increase during busy periods of the year. Please contact us to confirm current lead times if you require a quicker or dated delivery.

No minimum order value or weight.

Shipping will be from 99 Euros upwards, dependent on the order and location.
