Description
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Shoulder Press has been developed to maximise the strength and development of the shoulders. An adjustable height sets the starting depth of the press, whilst the handles rotate through an arc so the machine can fit users of all sizes and levels of shoulder flexibility.
Features
Height Adjustable Seat.
The high density foam seat can be adjusted so users of all heights can get perfectly aligned with the handle.
Kick Start Lever
Push down on the foot lever to bring the handles upwards and start the set – every rep can then be performed with a full stretch.
Natural Motion Path
The motion of the handles is upwards and slightly backwards, matching the natural movement of the shoulder joint when pressing.
Arced Handle Adjustment.
Adjust the handles closer or further from the midline of your torso, to suit your body size and shoulder flexibility.
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Shoulder Press provides a stable, supine position from which to maximise your pressing strength. Easy adjustment of the seat and handle positions along with a biomechanically correct motion path ensures efficient stimulation of the entire shoulder.
