Adjustable Starting Position
Easily choose between multiple starting positions.
Reclined Seat. The high density foam seat is angled to allow a comfortable reclined position that maximises glute recruitment.
Combined Hip Abduction and Extension.
The knee pads move outwards and backwards beneath you at the same time, training both functions of the glutes. This motion path is often advocated by trainers when using a standing cable apparatus, but it’s awkward to get right and balance can be an issue. The Plate Loaded Hip Abductor takes the guesswork out of the movement and ensures maximum recruitment of the glutes medius from the very first rep.
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Glute/Hip Abductor provides a stable and biomechanically correct platform for full range of motion stimulation of the glute medius.
